It took courage to put down my brushes and make a decision to walk away from something I love.
I said goodbye to my brushes and canvases and promised that I would come back to them after I retired.
That was 30 years ago.
It took even more courage to face a blank canvas again.
It came back to me very quickly and naturally.
To bridge the gap of 30 years, it took no time at all.

In his oil paintings he focuses on nature.
Fortunately, he resides in an environment where he can enjoy the beauty of nature every single minute. He takes a walk at sunrise and sunset. He enjoys viewing the leaves change colors with the coming of each new season.
New roads, houses, and buildings are constructed one after another. While we appreciate the convenience in our daily lives, we are reluctantly aware of the sacrifice of the natural beauty around us.
His passion: "capture the beauty of nature on canvas."
My father strokes a canvas with his brushes every day.
